What kind of artwork do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) are best for screen printing and embroidery, but send what you have. We can clean up most logos, and we’ll always show you a proof before printing.
What are your minimums?
Minimums depend on the service and the design. Screen printing needs a minimum run to be worthwhile, while embroidery and DTG can work for smaller quantities. Tell us what you’re planning and we’ll tell you the best way to do it.
How long does an order take?
Turnaround depends on the size of the job and the current schedule, and we’ll give you a firm date with your quote. If you’re up against a deadline, ask about rush options.
How do online group stores work?
We build a store with your items, your group orders and pays online during an order window of about two weeks, then we produce everything together and deliver it. See our Group Stores page for details.
Do you ship or deliver?
All orders are shipped. We offer discounted flat-rate shipping for local orders, and standard shipping is available for orders going further out. We’ll confirm the shipping details with your quote.
